What is the source of your mushrooms, herbs and spices?

Our mushrooms, herbs, and spices are grown organically in Thailand and the surrounding regions in compliance with strict USDA and international standards to ensure the highest quality and safest inputs.  

Do you test your herbal inputs?

Every batch of our mushrooms, herbs and spices are accompanied with a Certificate of Analysis (COA) and are available upon request.  Metals and harmful microbes must test at non-detectable or below acceptable standards.

What is Active Freeze Dry?

Using our Active Freeze Dry technology (AFD), we sublimate each plant into ice structures that maintain the particle integrity. This process yields a fine powder without the use of intense heat or mechanical grinding. The resulting soft and porous particles are more easily digestible, absorbable, and metabolizable, making the product more bioavailable. Additionally, our finished powders have low moisture levels that further reduce the risk of contamination.

Why is Active Freeze Dry not used by other vendors?

Active Freeze Dry (AFD) is a unique technology that currently exists in Northern Thailand.  It was developed for pharmaceutical applications and has now been converted to the supplement market.

What is the ratio of live plants to powder?

Depending on the inputs, the AFD process will use anywhere between 5 to 10(5:1 – 10:1) times the amount of live plants to powder.  The ratios are listed on each one of our products.

What is the difference between AFD other processes such as hot water extraction?

Hot water extraction and other processes requires the application of multiple steps of drying, grinding, boiling.  As each process is applied, the plant is damaged and active components are lost lowering the bioavailability of each plant.

Is the AFD powder more effective than other powders?

The AFD powder is 3 to 5 times more bioavailable and bioactive than other depending on the plant.

Do you use fillers and additives in your powders?

We DO NOT use any fillers or additives in our powders.  Other manufacturers will use fillers grain fillers and additives to hide the amount of true plant inputs within the powder.
